Here is a step by step tutorial.

(Atm. only German is implemented)

1. Open the English page of the disease an open the form with "Edit with form".
Go to the lower area of the form. There you will find the language settings:

There are 3 fields you have to fill:

a) Name in language

The disease name in your language. If there are more than name, you have to choose one, and create additional redircect pages for the other names.

b) Wikipedia link to language page

The link to this disease in Wikipedia. If Wikipedia don't have a page for this disease, try to find some other similar explanation page for this disease in your language, and put this link here.

c) Link to ICD10 in language

The link to the ICD10 code page in the ICD10 register of your language. If there is no ICD10 register in your language, leave this field free.

In the moment when you save the disease form, the wiki will auto-create a new page and will name it with the name you out into field a). This page will be stored in the disease namespace of your language, which is "MedicalDisease<lang>", where <lang> is the 2 letter shortcut of your language. Example: "MedicalDiseaseDe" for German.

2. Now you have to remember (or copy) the name a) you wrote and your language namespace.
Go now to the Interwiki box on the right side and open the interwiki form by clicking on the link "edit language page". You will see the Interwiki form:

Now you have to fill the field for your language. You have to put in the language namespace of your language followed by a colon, and after this the disease name of field 1. a).

Like the German example:

• Namespace is "MedicalDiseaseDe:"
• Disease is "Akne"

If you are done, save it. Do one or two purge cache. Then check the Interwiki box, if all language switching works fine.

If all is fine, go back to the Interwiki form, and change the status for your language to "ok".
