We consist of many different energetic bodies (see the human bodies), all of which require energy, although in most people their energy levels are very low. Therefore it is important to increase these energies so that our energetic bodies can work properly again.

When downloading energy, it is recommended to use your lowest available energy interface: very typically, this is in the palms for most people.

How to download energy

To download energy, simply sit in front of the screen or monitor that the video is playing on, spread your hands, and order the download verbally: for example, "Please download energy through my palms." You may also take energy by thinking the order to deliver it.

If using your palms doesn't work, try using your stomach, as this is very typically where the second lowest energy interface is located for most people.

You can specify the kind of energy or its delivery location, for instance a specific energetic body. Every kind of energy is available with this video.

You may also increase or decrease the energy flow with verbal or thought-commands.

You can use the video as long as it is running, and you are within range of the screen (the video can be muted).

Downloading into an object or equipment

You can also specify the energy delivery location as an object, or some equipment, that is in view range of the screen. This may be a stone, for example.
